Astaxanthin that is 3,3'-dihydroxy-4,4 '- diketo - β, β' - carotene, terpene unsaturated compounds, the chemical formula C40H52O4, molecular structure of two Β-ionone ring, 11 conjugated double bonds. Astaxanthin is widely found in nature, as in most crustaceans and salmonidae, the leaves of plants, flowers, fruits, and flamingos. Astaxanthin has a variety of physiological effects, such as in the antioxidant, anti-tumor, prevent cancer, enhance immunity, improve vision and so have a certain effect.
